How much does Empire charge?
The commission is public and depends on what you earn in the month:
- 30% if you earn under USD 1,000.
- 25% between USD 1,000 and 3,000.
- 20% from USD 3,000.
Always on what you take home after OnlyFans' 20% cut, never on the gross. The percentage applies to the whole month based on the tier you reach. No fixed fees and no upfront payments.
Where does my money go?
You control your money. OnlyFans pays your earnings directly into your own account, which only you own. Empire never receives or holds your earnings.
Within 5 business days after each monthly cut-off we send you a report with the commission calculation, and you pay it by bank transfer. The commission only counts money OnlyFans has actually released to you: anything the platform holds back counts in the cut-off when it is released.
How long is the contract, and how do I leave?
We ask for an initial three months, because a chat, pricing and traffic system can't show measurable results in three weeks. After that it renews automatically every three months.
Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice, with no charge, penalty or exit fee. Exclusivity only applies while the contract runs: when it ends, you are free.
What happens on the last day?
- Within 5 calendar days we hand back every login, password, email, support account and file.
- From then on we have no access at all to your accounts.
- We give you written confirmation that we deleted your content. Using or reposting it afterwards is forbidden by contract.
What is mine?
Your OnlyFans account, your content, your subscribers and your support accounts (for example, your Telegram group) are yours and stay with you.
The only thing not handed over is the website Empire builds to promote you: it belongs to Empire and is lent to you while we work together.
Who runs my chat, and where are they?
A remote team in Latin America, coordinated from Mexico City. Only the team you authorize in the contract can access your account, and every chatter signs a non-disclosure agreement before getting access.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
In the chat, our tools suggest replies, but a person reviews and sends every message: no AI speaks for you on its own.
For content, we only replicate your image or voice with AI if you give us signed authorization.
What can a chatter never do?
- Promise, hint at or arrange meetings, dates or services outside the platform.
- Reveal or hint at your real name, address, location, routine, family or any personal detail other than your stage name.
- Ask for or accept payments, tips or gifts outside OnlyFans: everything is charged inside the platform.
- Keep chatting with someone who says they are, or seems to be, under 18: the chat is stopped immediately and logged.
- Make personal, financial or legal commitments in your name.
Breaking any of these rules is grounds for terminating the contract at Empire's fault and makes Empire liable for damages.
What if a chatter writes something out of line in my name?
We remove them from your account immediately, notify you within 24 hours with the conversation log, and the contract's termination and damages clause applies.
Are my limits respected?
Yes. You give us a list of what you don't do, and the contract obliges us to respect it. Asking you for, or conditioning anything on, something from that list is grounds for termination.
What do you do about leaked content?
Our team searches the internet for your leaked material — even when it's posted without your name — and requests its removal from the sites with DMCA notices, manually.
Who sees my data?
We use your OnlyFans statement to calculate the commission and send you a report at least monthly, or weekly if you ask. Your real identity and personal data are protected by contract indefinitely, even after the contract ends.
